The promaFox team met in Baden at 7 a.m. on Friday, October 20 and was ready to set off for the Emmental. Some were wide awake - others still a little sleepy. When we arrived in Affoltern in Emmental, we were greeted by the creative team and our coach Frank Schellenberg with coffee and croissants and prepared for the challenges ahead. Unfortunately, the weather gods were not kind to us - so we had to put our teamwork skills to the test on the vertical net in the pouring rain. We are proud to say that - after some initial difficulties - we mastered this task and some team members pushed themselves to or even beyond their limits. After a well-earned lunch, we got back out into the wet and tried our hand at skiing - the start was a bit bumpy here too, but we soon got the hang of it and completed the course with flying colours.

Saturday's motto was “old and new” and so the team had the opportunity to try their hand at forging a barbecue skewer, enjoy a classic Emmental lunch in Switzerland's oldest restaurant Löwen (yes, including homemade meringues!) and in the afternoon visit the Kambly factory and a wind farm in Entlebuech. 6 brave promaFöxlers dared to climb 60 meters and were rewarded with a magnificent panoramic view. Our team weekend ended at the DreiKönig restaurant in Entlebuech, where we were catered for before heading back home.

Despite a lot of rain and sometimes very cool temperatures, we enjoyed the two days and gained many new impressions.

We are happy to share some pictures.
