with us.
For a Cola Morada you need:
250 g
blueberries - 250 g blackberries - 4 oranges - 250 g strawberries - 250 g
carambola (ripe) - 1/2 small pineapple - 1 cup sugar - 3 tbsp cornflour
- 6 cloves - 2 sticks cinnamon - 4 orange leaves -2 sticks lemongrass.
The preparation of the Cola Morada is a little time-consuming - but it's worth it!
First,
peel and boil the orange. Meanwhile, first process the blueberries and
then the blackberries in a food processor, pour the juices together into
a saucepan and bring to the boil. Gradually add a little water. When
the drink is boiling, add corn flour, cloves, cinnamon sticks and sugar.
The
herbs should also be washed and boiled well. The water in which they
have been boiled is then added to the colada. The colada should continue
to simmer. Then add the pineapple, star fruit and strawberries. Leave
to simmer a little longer and the colada morada is ready. This drink can
now be served warm or cold. It can also be flavored with sugar, panela
or ishpingo.
SALUD!
