Over 200 industry experts from consulting, planning and industry came together at The Circle Convention Center in Zurich for the FCSI EAME Conference “Earth 24” to discuss the key topic of sustainability.
Vinoo A. Mehera, owner of promaFox AG, responsible for the production and manufacturing kitchens of the Convention Center and various catering formats at “The Circle”, was part of the specialist program. In an interview with Tina Nielsen and Michael Jones, he answered questions about innovative concepts and solutions in the field of commercial kitchens and conference centers and shared promaFox AG's extensive experience in the planning and implementation of gastronomy and hospitality formats.
The event offered an exclusive platform for knowledge transfer and trend-setting ideas for a sustainable future of the hospitality industry.

In its article from September 4, 2024, the NZZ sheds fascinating light on the eventful history of the legendary Sprüngli Café and the stories of the people who fill it with life every day - whether behind the counter or as loyal guests.
promaFox AG was entrusted with the exciting challenge of making this traditional café fit for the 21st century. After intensive and careful planning, the go-ahead for the comprehensive modernization was given in April. While the work is in full swing, the first floor is temporarily available to guests. On the second floor, the historic building fabric is being carefully renovated and the infrastructure, which has remained unchanged since 1961, is being completely redesigned.
We are already looking forward to presenting the impressive results to you soon - and will of course let you know when the time is right.
