promaFox was the proud host of the panel discussion on “The future of community gastronomy” at the restaurant Chreis 14, The Circle.

The discussion was expertly and confidently moderated by Christine Schäfer from the Gottlieb Duttweiler Institute (GDI). A big thank you to all the panelists: Pia Fach, Peter Herzog, Patrick Nick and Christian Hürlimann. They addressed the burning issues in the field of community catering openly and clearly and provided us all with good and constructive food for thought.

The Circle was then expertly presented by Mr. Stefan Feldmann. The facts and figures mentioned were surprising and this new detailed knowledge made us look at the following part of the event with different eyes.

The event was complemented by an exciting, informative and intensive guided tour through the various stations at The Circle, in which promaFox AG was actively involved in the realization. Our guests were able to take a look behind the scenes and marvel at the Hyatt Regency, Hyatt Place, Convention Center, L'Oro di Napoli and Chreis 14. The evening was rounded off at Chreis 14 with an excellent aperitif riche and interesting discussions.
